Has anyone made it? Is it good? Can I substitue cocoa powder for carob powder (I do NOT like carob).

I haven't made it, but if you want to use cocoa instead of carob, you'll need to add some extra sweetener. Carob is much sweeter than chocolate, so a 1:1 substitution doesn't work.
