I love Burts Bees facial products.

I use Philosophy products during the day (Hope in a Jar and their Eye and Lip Hope in a Tube). At night I use Lush's Skin Drink and Enchanted Eye Cream. The only face cleanser I use is Philosophy's. I really do love their stuff!

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I have a few I'm interested in trying out - I think I'll do a "taste testing!"

While I really like the Olay products, I quit using them in an effort to detoxify my life (and I'm trying to avoid Proctor and Gamble products because of their horrific track record with animal testing). I'm loving my return to Aveda. I agree with the PP about the Tourmaline line. They have both a lotion and cream. It's a little pricey but it lasts a really long time. And all of their products smell really nice. And as a company I do think they try to be aware of their environmental footprint. Currently, I'm using the Acne line as my skin has been breaking out the last few months. I like it too. It keeps the acne at bay without overdrying, a rarity in my experience.

My sister really likes Burt's Bees. It's supposed to be about as natural as you can get from a commercial line and she likes how their stuff works.

Also I just found out my boss's wife sells Arbonne and she's going to give me a sample kit. I'll let you know how that goes ... I didn't have the heart (or maybe the guts as my boss was right there) to tell her I wasn't interested. :

I love Kiss My Face moisturizer with aloe and alpha-hydroxy. I used to use Olay, and I like this much better, and it's natural! It seemed expensive, but it's a big bottle, and a little goes a long way...I've had the same bottle for about 3 years now.

For lips, there are many good natural balms in handy stick form. Merry Hempsters and Badger Balm are my favorites, as well as my co-op's house brand.

I use that, too. I have dry skin but get zits.
(does that even make sense? )

I don't get zits from the Cetaphil.

Me too! I love Kiss My Face lotions. They have a variety of moisturizers, they don't test on animals, it's an eco-friendly company from what I can tell, and as the PP said, one of their bottles lasts a long time.

A lady at my school sells this stuff and she gave me a sample. It was fine but had too many steps. I thought it was pretty good, but I'm perfectly happy with Philosophy (ok, other than price and the fact that I have to order on line) so it didnt seem worth it to switch.

Flor ~ Do you have a Sephora near you? They carry a pretty complete line of Philosophy. I sometimes buy mine there, but I find that QVC's deals are usually better, even with the shipping.

Any of the California Baby lotions are good. I use the calming cream on my face. For lips I think Lansinoh lanolin does the best job.
