Did anyone else listen to this? It was on "Coast To Coast AM." It was an okay interview, but I thought this was interesting: In the middle of the usual pablum about avoiding saturated fat and meat, Robbins made a comment about how we have to be careful not to get high homocysteine levels, and one of the ways to keep it in check is to be sure to consume enough vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid. You know, the ones that are most abundant in meat and organs!
