I am going to start making it soon too. I like the Gingerade flavor. The back says that there is fesh ginger juice added. So, I am going to brew the kombucha and then add a little ginger juice after it is bottled (not with the scoby). I would just experiement with adding fresh juices-lemon, berry, ect...I don't know why they would not taste similar.

I know the following idea does not taste like a juice but I thought I'd throw it out there for anyone looking for a different tasting Kombucha. My good friend, Kundalini-Mama, turned me on to it.

I use Stash's Organic Chai Spice Black Tea bags to make my Kombucha. When ready it still retains a slight chai taste. I add some raw honey to it and wallaa...it's like a sweet chai soda, oh so good! It's the only way the rest of the family will drink it.

I like using black tea, then adding a little bit of pineapple juice to it. Yum!

since I like GT's gingerade and gingerberry, I add fresh grated ginger (pulp and juice) to the bottled brew and have also blended up frozen blueberries and added the pulp and juice to the bottled brew. I let is sit a day or two refrigerated and give a turn upside down before straining into a glass. YUM!

chai tea with some honey added sounds like it might go over with dh, thanks!
