Cold-pressed, organic Sunflower Oil

hey tf mamas... i just found some cold-pressed, organic sunflower oil (from a local farm too)! and don't know what to do with it i guess i usually cook with oils + heat and don't want to heat this... any good recipes/ideas?

Make mayo. It's the oil SF suggests as an alternative to OO or Co in the mayo recipe in SF, and I find it tastes the best of the three.
