I have been no-pooing now for about 2 weeks. My hair was fine and now its been very dry and breaking..
I have been leaving the vinegar rinse in my hair.. I just read on babyslime.com you are suppose to rinse that off!
Maybe I am wrong but thats what I just read...

For a typical rinse, make up a solution of one to two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) per cup of water. Apply to wet hair, massage into scalp and rinse off with cold water. Please note, you don't always have to apply a rinse with every wash! I personally find I only need to do a rinse every 2-3 washes.

I've always rinsed it out, though not necessarily with cold water--just in the shower.

If I'm getting dryness, I use the most natural conditioner I can find on the ends, and rinse that out too.
