We've discovered a wonderful way to pee

Thank goodness for warm weather and living in the south! Eli has been "watering the grass" for the last couple of days. It is great! No splashing, no flushing, no emptying a potty, no aiming, no holding my finger on his penis to keep his pee in the pot. Just squat, and weeeeeeee!! A big, beautiful arc!! We both love it. Can you tell? It is very liberating.

You know, as girls, we never get to pee outside, right? At least not very comfortably. I've always envied boys for this. I think I'm now living a little vicariously through my 3 month old son!

Careful there, hon. You'll make the Yankees jealous. It's barely warm enough in NY for nakey-bum time indoors, to tell from other posts! I'm in CA and enjoying the warming weather myself!

Haha! That is great. I love it too. My 3 month old son much prefers going outside rather than in the boring old house. There is so much to see and look at while peeing. He'll go every time I offer, even if it was only 10 minutes since he went last. Indoors he'll hold it for about an hour.

As a backpacker I've peed my fair share outdoors and actually prefer it, now that I know how to keep my pants and laces dry... but yeah, guys got us beat a bit. Although my sister spent a year in Africa (Togo) and the women there pee standing up and can even direct it - they wear skirts and, well, lift them up and just grab a handful... haven't tried it myself.
