I started taking Vitex this cycle as my LP is consistently under 10 days (typ. 9). I started spotting around day 10, which is quite abnormal for me. I found a reference that lists mid cycle bleeding as a potential (though uncommon side effect) so I suspect that is the cause.
Question is: do I stop taking the Vitex? Does mean it won't work for me? Maybe it's my body's way on making a change?
