One pot or No pot meals

Thread Starter
Hey - I need ideas for one pot or no pot meals. Our regular one pot meals are vegetable soup, split pea soup, chicken chili, regular chili, chicken soup, pot roast, beef/tomato/zucchini skillet.

Our regular no pot meals are salads, sandwiches & sprouted tortilla roll-ups/burritos.

So, send in ideas! TIA.

Cut up some boca burger or use ground beef. Fry in a large pan with a chopped onion. Then add some seasonings (I like those ones that are already mixed for you-- cajun, italian, etc) and water. Add some chopped veggies or frozen veggies. Add about 2 cups of rice, let it boil, cover and reduce heat.
