Gorgeous! Just gorgeous!

THis is a great post! It looks great and lots of room for imagination. I think that I would add baskets of things your child can collect like pine cones, stones, and leaves , or moss. Bring nature inside like hanging plants and trees inside. I think that Waldorf has gone a little elitist and gotten away from its roots in nature. More and more I see so many nice wooden toys but the are in a solid form unlike a large piece of bark that can become anything from a dish to a gnome/fairy bed. The things my children like the most are different shaped wooden tree branches that are sanded and blunt cut so they can stand. Moss is also wonderful. And I know it is messy but having real tins full of oats, flower petals, and bird seed that can be poured adn mixed are great discovery play essentials. Good work mama!

It looks great to me. I must admit I'm jealous because I don't even have large enough space in my house to have a playstand.

I love the playroom! I think I will post pics of mine, although it will have to wait until my Mother leaves since the room serves as a guest room and the couch is pulled out right now.

I'd love to see pictures of other playrooms, if anyone is willing....

Thank you for sharing the pictures of your beautiful room. I have a small preschool and hope to have my classroom look as beautiful as that someday. I try to make small changes as I can afford them (this is only my second year). Your room gave me inspiration to keep making those changes! Thanks!

Looking into the room
Playstand
Playstand left
Playstand right
Bookshelf - we have a bigger bookshelf w/more in the living room
Shelves
Flower tent
Doll pram & stuffed animal box
Activity table
Dress-up rack, dress-up box, play kitchen

To the OP - I love your playroom! That playstand playsilk is great - did you make it yourself? I also really love the house thing with all the playsilks clipped to it. What a fantastic idea! I know my girls would love something like that.

Oh my!! Looove that little house! Wondering if I might just be able to make my own (DS would love a project with such a wonderous result ).
What treatment did you do on the wall? Looks nice. Thinking about Lazure ( a woodsy mural) on one wall...

Very motivating, thanks!!
