FINALLY my waldorf playroom pics - Page 21

sigh... Catherine, I so love your place space, it's just incredibly beautiful and calm. Did you make that blond waldorf doll? She's precious.

I really do like the simplicity of your nature table, I think decorating your gnome house seasonally would be a lot of fun. I have this treehouse which I decorated last Fall with branches, golden rods and chinese lanterns coming out of the top and hanging dried leaves from the branches. If I can find the pictures I'll post them.

Thanks for posting upated pictures of your beautiful space!

DD's playroom

Here is my daughter's new playroom. I changed it around for her for Christmas.. We still have a few plastic toys, but we've come a long way. I'm a single mom, so it's a work in progress. I am proud of it though Here are pics:

Hope all of you enjoy the Holidays this year!

Your playroom looks beautiful LenasMommy! I would have such a hard time keeping that many toys clean. I am constantly limiting how many things my kids have available and I can never keep it looking nice like that

Thank you so much! I was a little anxious about the toys too.. Generally we have them spread in different rooms, but I had to combine most of them in that room so I could make room for her toddler bed in my room. We co-sleep.. but she thinks its a cool place to sit for now.. haha. So yea, I am totally nervous about the mess the toys will evitably cause. But, so far, so good!!

Ooh...Grace, I found the guy that made your kitchen on etsy a couple of weeks ago. I ordered an ironing board set from him that's just beautiful! He was sold out of kitchens at the time, but I'm rethinking saving up for a Camden Rose one...his are lovely and his prices seem super competitive! Very pretty playroom!

3901sca- Thank you! We were thisclose to buying a Camden Rose kitchen till DH pointed out how small they were. DH wanted to get the girls a bigger kitchen (taller counterwise) That's how I found him on Etsy. The craftmanship is awesome, so are his prices and the customer service! The cabinet door broke in a half during shipping and it being so close to Christmas, I didn't want to mess with FedEx, I emailed him and not even 1 hour later he had replacement already made and ready to be shipped! I plan to buy more things from him over time!!

playstand

dd is 20 months old and i think she can handle a playstand now without toppling it all over.
i'd love to hear recommendations/suggestions. i am over palumba's playstands, but want to make sure the cost it worth it.
i'd like to have multiple shelves in the playstands. also ones that are sturdy are important as in our house as they will most likely be freestanding (as opposed to against a wall).

all right....let me hear it . i'm sitting back and :

Is it actually taller? I looked at the dimensions of the Camden Rose one and it looks about the same but I can't find any indication of how high the counter is from the ground. I do like the one you got though because it's got actual counterspace between the sink and stove. The pull-out work-space on the Camden Rose kitchen is just asking to be broken!!

Maybe they're about the same? I remember DH saying he liked it better because the Camden Rose counters seemed closer to the ground?
The counter space is definitely useful! DD "cuts" her food on it and stirs her food on it.
I wouldve been fine with either kitchen but I think the bigger kitchen works better for us and it was cheaper.

Sold! I already emailed them and said when they recover from the holidays, I'm in the market! AND! I just found a play table that doesn't look like a particle board train table and is reasonable. It's made by Little Colorado that does the playstands and things. I'm going to price shop a bit but I love the look and price!! http://www.kidsfurnituremart.com/pla...dplaytable.cfm

Wow, love the new play spaces!!

We are doing "upgrades" this TaxMas most of our M&D stuff is chipping and falling apart, and we got tons of plastic for Christmas/bdays, so it's all going to stay until February when we're doing a makeover

Updating my re-cap for the new playspaces
