Check out this site- Alateen. If there are any meetings near you that you can get to, it would probably help you a lot.

If you don't think your mom would let you go, since she might be offended, you could always tell her that it is a "youth group." It wouldn't be a lie and many meetings are in church basements.

If you or your siblings are not safe b/c of your mother's drinking, please ask for help from someone. A school counselor, a relative, a trusted adult. And definitely contact Alateen. It's so hard living with someone who is self destructing. It has to be even harder when it's the person who should be taking care of you.
