What are your favorite up beat, motivating, shake your tushie work out songs? Songs that remind me of summer, beaches, and bathing suits welcome. (I have an old bikini photo taped to almost every freakin wall in the house..lol ).

I've decided to join a gym and I'll going 4-5 days a week, and I'm trying to make a play list for my Ipod, but don't have many good work out songs.

I like pretty much anything.

Oh goodness, I have several workout playlists on my mp3 player. What do you want? I have a rock/pop list, an r&b list, and a 70's/80's list. I also have a cool down list. I have an 'ex' playlist too, for those workouts when I'm just in a foul mood and need angry music to get my adrenaline pumping, they're all angry breakup songs and songs that remind me of a particular exbf : .

I workout (run and weights) to AC/Dc's Back in Black and to Hawksley Workman's "Striptease" and "Smoke, Baby". "Smoke" is THE best running song and I don't even know why. I guess it's all that singing about vices that makes an early morning run feel that much healthier .

Here's my favorite running songs. I like to start w/ Cup of Life or Good Vibrations and then go into Lets get it started

crazy - Gnarls Barkley
cup of life- Ricky MArtin
Good Vibrations - Marky Mark and the funky bunch
Unwritten - Natasha Bedingfield
Lets get it started- Black Eyed Peas
We got the beat- Go Go's

Hey now, there's nothing like a little Marky Mark to get you moving! Esp. if you picture him in his Calvins while your listening.
