pass the tissues!

OK , pG women need to be BANNED from reading articles like the one in teh latest Mothering mag.. Charlotte's Grace... this has really fed into my already paranoid freakazoid that "something " might go awry with this pg.. one of my top name picks was Charlotte Grace and the baby in the article's name was Charlotte Amelia (Amelia was in my top three names) and the title of article was my # 1 name pick... to make matters even WORSE I had a horrible, vivid dream last night that I gave birth to a still born daughter and named her Charlotte Grace.. then after breakfast I read that article.. my mind just went wild.. I am NOT the nervous type, I don't know WHAT is wrong with me this PG... blame it on the hormones.. needless to say, Charlotte and Amelia are off my list..I gotta keep Grace as a MN tho.. I just wish I could get past this nagging worry...

LAura
ps for anyone who missed it , it was about a woman whose baby daughter died just before or at the start of labor , delivered still, full term

pps for the record it was an amazing beautiful well written piece, just bad timing for me.. and too many coincidences

Laura,

That article made me cry as well. I even had DH read it and he was teary. It was very beautifully written.

I absolutely lost it when I read this too. I should really know better than to read articles like that when I'm pregnant. I think I cried every single day the last time. Doing a little better so far this time, but I am still pretty emotional.

It was a beautiful article.

I am also (somewhat obsessively) following the Mathis family's story. That's another one sure to make me cry every time.

I don't think I'll read it.

I think I'll skip it too. Thanks for the warning.

I was thinking the same thing- I had the heaving lost-my-breath sobs going on while reading that, and that rarely happens to me. It was beautifully written.

I just read it this morning...so heartbreaking.
