quickest drying, most absorbant soaker

I want to make training pants, and/or a light type diaper, that will dry in one normal drying cycle. What would be the most absorbant, yet quickest drying inner soaker? The outside will be PUL on some and MM fleece on others.

Or will I have to resort to some sort of pocket or soaker sewn in just on ends? For training pants that might be kinda wierd....

Any suggestions?

I use three layers of hemp/cotton fleece in a soaker, but I only attach it at one end, so it's a flap. It dries in a normal cycle. It's really trim and absorbant.
