What did I do?!?!

Argh!
Oh dear goodness!
Last night I was having some light cx and thought, Hmmmm? I'll bounce a bit on my ball and rock some. Maybe I'll even do a few stretches because my back hurts so bad!

Right after that DH gave me a back rub and I fell asleep. :

But sleep didn't last for long. Everytime I moved ~ rolled over, got up to pee, walked, sat, just moved in general ~ I get a pain like no other. It's in my pelvis, my groin, my hoo-hoo, my back and my legs. : It hurts to sit, to stand, to lay, to pee.
I'm wondering if I bounced baby down too much too soon? Because the cx have STOPPED. But the pain is here. It's so bad that the Tylenol I took isn't even touching it. I think I may have to call my on-call Dr because this pain is enough to leave me recliner/bed bound the rest of the week! :

My c/s is Friday if I don't go on my own before then....how can I deal with this pain?
And what DID I do???!?!?!?

is it constant? or is it brief but awful pain when you change position? could it be round ligament pain? i never had that for my first two pregnancies, only during my third and WOW it was just SHOCKING. yeowch!

Maybe you maneuvered your sciatic nerve into a bit of a pinch? I've been wrestling with back (and leg!) pain and numbness for the past few weeks... if I move just right it feels like an electric shock up my back/down my leg.

Thanks ladies!
It was/is pretty constant. Yesterday the family decided to go to the park. DH and I ended up walking about a mile with DD around the lake. Every step hurt like something fierce, but today I feel better ~ somewhat! Almost like it was a pinched nerve and I worked it loose.

At any rate it doesn't hurt as bad anymore! LOL!
