The water test

I SWEAR I was on a board somewhere (I really thought it was here, but I guess I was wrong...) and there was a sticky about the "water test" for fleece. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?? It went into detail about why water is not a good way to test fleece for repelling/wicking. If someone could please post a link and tell me I'm not crazy, I'd really appreciate it!! Thanks

i know what you're talking about, but i don't have a link. I thought it was sticky'd here too, so that's odd. you're not crazy, it does/did exist somewhere!
