Lesson from a five year old...

My little cousin wanted help putting together his new puzzle. He asked me if I could please help "because sometimes when something is hard, you need someone else to help you." I thought about it, and he's got a good point. Don't forget to let people help you as you grieve, whether it's cleaning your bath tub or watching the kids while you go get your nails done, etc...
Just a thought.
