for several years i didn't even own a television. old one broke, never bothered replacing it, for Sopranos there was always some friend who wanted the company.

now i'm embarassed to admit we have television and cable and it is on more and more these days. not the least bit happy about it. it just kind of sneaked up on us but now the situation is really starting to get annoying because the little munchkin is starting to pay attention.

and i do not want my DD to a citizen of TV Nation!

We do not have any reception except for late at night and a Spanish station. However the convenience of ONLY VIDOES has begun to disturb me. I am thinking the space taken up by the TV could be put to better use ...........For example today, yes it was a terrible day/night I got maybe two hours of sleep all total, the children(4.5yoand 21 mos twins) watched 2 hours of video.........Sesame Street and Arthur. I hate when that happens. It is enough to make me toss the TV, because then I would not be tempted and read to them instead.
