I'm 16 weeks now, and feeling *generally* better, except I'm still not sleeping normally (maybe 4-5 hours between 4am-noon). Any thoughts/suggestions about dealing with insomnia in pregnancy would be welcome. FYI: I've tried chamomile, baths, meditation, valarian root, protein before bed. No dice.
I've had vague flutters, nothing more. M/S basically gone (unless I get overly hungry). Feeling less moody, but more weepy -- does that make sense? DP has unintentionally hurt my feelings a few times over the last few days and I've bawled
. I just finished a three hour crying session, actually, over the sudden death of my parents' cat (in my defense, I was the one who found him, took care of him as a kitten -- just moved away for college and so they kept him)
I'm getting increasingly excited about this baby!!
