Hows your diet? Are you eating lots of nuts, legumes, dark leefy greens? I love granola, hummus on wheat crackers, etc. I also noticed my dark chocolate (73% cocoa) has a ton of iron in it. I top it with some pb and I can get like 1/4 of my intake just that way.

Yes, anemia.

And my diet is *ok* but not wonderful. Protein is expensive, fresh veggies are too, and so I'm bound to supplements for a while, I think

lentils are pretty cheap and have a good source of iron, have some OJ with them or some other vit c for absorption. Also, the blood gets diluted in pregnancy, my iron came back a bit low too but I refused the supplements and have tried to eat more iron rich foods. I love kale and black beans with fennel, and I second the dark chocolate...I noticed it was a good source of iron too. I dont eat meat.

DARK CHOCOLATE HELPS WITH ANEMIA?????

I have so got to get on that dark chocolate and peanut butter idea. I think I may have been feeling a bit anemic lately...

Well, I am definitely tired and it could be anemia so better safe than sorry, right?

So how's the chlorophyll treatin ya? Did you happen upon the "Natural Mint Flavor?" Kinda tastes like watered down toothpaste.

LOL yes, I got the natural mint! I thought it was going to taste much worse, but it's weak.
