Foe?

I am confused about the use of FOE. Is it hard to use? People seem to be scared of it. I am going to make my first diapers - either using the mamabird or the wee weka pattern but neither of them use FOE, just swimwear elastic. Is there an advantage to FOE? Can I adjust the pattern to use it?

FOE is used to make covers and Chloe Toes diapers. It's a little intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it it's the best! It's the binding and elastic at the same time.
