So, I think I have ppd (scored 68 on the quiz). Now what? I assume I need to see a Dr about it. Do I go to my OB or do I see my family dr? I think the family dr would make more sense.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I went to the guy who attended my birth, but he's a family practitioner who also does OB. He's just not my family practitioner. I'd probably go with the OB since it's pregnancy related and he/she may know more about PPD.
Or could you find a psychiatrist? That would really be your best bet.

You could see either. When I finally admitted that I probably had PPD I called my OB's office to ask whether I should see my OB or my family dr., and they said it didn't matter. I ended up going to my OB because I really liked her and she was very familiar with what meds. I could take while BFing. If you could find a psychiatrist who knows a lot about PPD that would also be a good bet. Good luck.
