The best advice I can give is to take care of yourself. You owe it to yourself and the baby. Pamper yourself at this time with rest, good food, lots of fresh water and daily walks.

This is a time to think of yourself as extra special so take advantage of that. Think of yourself as healthy and I believe you will start to feel not so up and down. You have more control over your life then the doctors would like you to believe. You're strong girl. Do well for yourself.
