I'm making myself a nursing dress. I was thinking that instead of using some kind of clasp to hold down the part that covers the nursing openings, I would maybe use a band of 100% cotton rib knit all the way around. Does that make sense? I think it will stretch enough to give adequate access for nursing. I'm just worried that after a while it will get stretched out and not keep it's shape. What do you think? Have any better ideas?
