Look up back labor online..... hope you feel better soon.

I wondered that too because the baby is laying on my right side. (That might make no sense, but my old MW told me that the baby laying on the right side is a sign of a posterior baby) I've been spending a LOT of time on my hands and knees trying to get it to ease up. Also funny is prior to this the baby was laying on the left side. ARGH. LOL
This is a hopeful UC so no doc or MW to call, just trusting my body. I've never had back pain like this before though.
Now a question about birthing a posterior baby...is it possible to have all the pain in your back and not really feel strong contractions around your belly? I'm supposed to go to a bday party 2 hrs away tonight and if this could be early labor I'd prefer not go. Otherwise, I'd get through the pain and go.
