In the hopes of eventually getting back into most of my clothes that fit before my pregnancy, I really really need to work out, but barely have the time to do a few situps every other day. In the past two years before, I went from ~155 to 115, and I feel once again all flabby and want it gone again.

I found out about "Diaper Aerobics" (mommy and baby 2 months-14months in a sling or carrier) and am now really interested in it, especially considering there is a class starting up mid June. Considering the cost (around $5 a class) it's a really good deal but, I have known no one who has taken such a class.

Has anyone ever taken one or known someone who has? Is it worth paying for?
