WHAT is this on my face???

Does anyone else have what looks like a mix of teenage acne and elderly wrinkles developing on their face postpartum? I noticed it on my lower jaw and neck this morning. Might it be something hormonal?

I had mad, crazy, serious acne for several months aftern having DD. It was hideous. I used Proactiv, which did help a good bit - didn't all go away, but looked less like I had a beard of zits. Actually, I've definitely known and seen people with much more serious acne, so don't let me overstate the case. It was bad enough to make me feel bad about myself, but not severe. But my skin is very sensitive to hormones - I have a rash on my chin throughout pregnancy - both with DD and with this pregnancy. it disappears when I deliver - but it's red and gets that wrinkly look, while also getting some small zits. After I had her, the rash went away within a week or two, but the acne appeared. For me, it was definitely a response to BF hormones.
