wonky ppaf-short luteal phase?

hello there, mamas...

i was surprised this morning when i got my period, this is my 3rd cycle pp. i had ewcm 3 days ago, although i didn't feel like i was ovulating, then just got af. is this a common manifestation of anovulatory cycles? dd is 16 months and still nursing a lot, especially at night. anyone btdt?

Most PP AF's have short luteal phases that will gradually lengthen as the months go on. Completely normal.

Same thing happened both times with me.

i was able to lengthen mine by taking vit E and vit B6, regular dosage. Before I found that out, it took 6 months or so for my luteal phase to return to normal after first PPAF.
