Yellow charm quilt

Would anyone be interested in doing this? We did a blue charm quilt swap last year and it was so much fun. I don't know if the swap board was around then or not because we did it on this board. We could do it in the swap forum if we need to, but I thought I'd ask about it here to see if anyone was interested. Everyone would send 1/4 yard of fabric to everyone in the swap. I could organize it if we had enough people who were interested. Anyone?

Very cool!!! Ive never heard of something like that? So everyone sends the same color fabric to everyone else and they create they use theyre own quilt pattern? I'd sooo be into that!!!!

I'd be interested. I took part in the purple charm quilt last spring & it was fun. We did 6" squares but I like the 1/4 yard idea better. I still haven't done anything w/my squares, but it was neat to get fabric from all over the country!

The way we did the one I was in last year went like this: everyone who was interested pm'd the coordinator their names and addresses. Then when we knew how many people were interested - we went shopping! We sent a quarter yard of fabric to everyone on the list. It was a lot of fun! Since there are people interested - I'll post on the swap board tonight when my kiddos are at gymnastics practice!

Okay - The swap is up on the swap board! Come sign up.

caiesmommy - unfortunately, you have to be a member for at least six months and have 150 posts to participate on the swap board. I'm sorry. I asked about where to put the swap and I have to put it on the swap board. If this goes over well - I will absolutely organize another one in a few months.
