Anyone have a Babylock Imagine?

Anyone out there use a Babylock Imagine? I love mine, but I can never get my flatlock seams to lie flat. I've tried both a 2 thread and 3 thread flatlock, and I have the problem with both. I adjusted the looper tension and that helped a little, but not enough. Fiddling with the differential feed doesn't seem to solve it either.

Does anyone know the secret to getting a flatlock seam to lie flat? Thanks!

Ooooh, would you mind asking them when you go? They'll probably say to feed the fabric in to the left of the knife, so that the stitch is half on the fabric and half off. But, that doesn't work with most knits, since they curl up if you don't use the knife.

I figure there has to be another trick.
