Mama, you're doing such an amazing job keeping your spirits up and welcoming your labor! I do second the suggestion for chiropractic or acupuncture...if you want to try something else...it might help your body get in line and in action.
s to you!
This might be TMI but I have been having some weird discharge. It's mucousy and slimy- like snot. I was assuming it was the plug coming out bit by bit. Does that sound right? I don't really know what a mucous plug is supposed to look like...
It's been coming out in little bits for about 4 days now.
I've been eating and sleeping pretty well and the baby's still movng around in there. We tried to find the heartbest with DH's stethoscope but couldn't- The baby's positioned low now and his/her heart is right under the fattest part of my belly. However, we did hear him/her swishing around in there and s/he had hiccups for a little while this morning, so everything seems to be fine.
It's good to know that its normal for the early stage to go for a few days without problems. I feel SO ready to be done and I was so excited this weekend that now it's a major letdown to still be pregnant.
I'd LOVE to do accupuncture or chiro, but I'm on Medicare and they don't offer any frills.
. DH has been doing some accupressure on me though.
Hopefully it will all be over soon!
