Share Your Favorite Recipes

My family is getting tired of eating the same stuff all the time so I am looking for new recipes. I like to get recipes from other families rather than cookbooks. Please share your favorite recipe or two whether it be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or snack. Please include a list of ingredients and prep instructions. Here are two of my family's favorites.

Popcorn - 1/2 cup popcorn popped in the air popper. Top with a little bit of melted butter and nutritional yeast to taste.

Broiled Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce - Take salmon steaks fresh or thawed and sprinkle them with black pepper. Broil on medium for about 5 minutes on each side more or less depending on how you like your fish. For the
sauce:2TBS vegenaise or mayo
2TBS lemon juice
1TSP dijion mustard
3/4 TSP dried dillweed
Mix together in a small bowl and serve on the salmon steaks.
I like to serve this with steamed brown rice and a fresh green salad.

Do you have any specifici dietary needs or preferences (meat, fish, more vegetarian/vegan meals) or any dietary no nos for your family (dairy, nuts, seeds, etc)?

There are actually alot of recipes about, and you can search the forum by an ingredient name (ie, lentils or oats, granola, pumpkin) by using the 'thread tools' and you will find a plethera of yummy ideas. You can also use words such as casserole or sourdough, tortilla, bread, etc.
