Increasing supply...

I'm eating oatmeal, taking fenugreek, and pumping at work - what else can I do?

Have you noticed a direct correlation between your fluid intake and the amount of milk you produce? I'm certainly not dehydrated, but I know that I could drink more...

Any suggestions on ways to increase my supply?

i did all of that and used More Milk Plus (liquid) - as my body would adjust to the fenugreek - i switched to MMP and then the oatmeal... all worked at different intervals. There are teas and blessed thistle...

good luck!

More Milk Plus worked wonders for me... much better than dried fenugreek capsules. You have to be very careful not to dilute it by drinking water within 20 minutes of taking it, though.

For some women, beer also really helps, or other grain-based drinks. If you don't mind drinking atole, the Mexican corn-based drink, that can be really helpful too.

Try a middle of the night pumping session, or adding an additional pumping session at work (right before you start work, after you nurse, is a good time).

You can also pump immediately after nursing and save the milk for when you're away.

How is your little one's nighttime sleep? The more you nurse at night, the more prolactin your body produces, which will boost your supply. Early sleepers through the night can really dampen your supply. If you have a good sleeper, you can drink a BIG glass of water before bed, you'll wake up around 2 am needing to pee. When you do, go ahead and pee, then pump quickly before you return to bed.

This helped me too.

Offering to nurse more when together . Also, check your pump parts, pieces do wear out or get clogged and this can lead poor performance. At one point, I did rent a lactina but the pis just wasn't doing it.
