I ordered the options needle set and I got it in about a week. I was checking the shipping status every day too.

Last time I ordered yarn, I think it took around a week also. I live in Colorado

I know this is an old thread, but I am completely annoyed by their shipping. I live in Canada, and I have been waiting 2 weeks since they said it shipped. They claim to have shipped it via Expedited Parcel which Canada post states a delivery standard of 2-7 business days. Knitpicks says it takes up to three weeks. Someone isn't telling the whole truth here... I paid for shipping too, it's not like we get free shipping up here. There still isn't even a tracking number available. Uggh. That should have been available the day it shipped. I am really grumpy and not ordering from them again.

I ordered for the first time from them on tuesday and it says it's still being processed. If it doesn't go out today, it'll be a week before they can even ship it out. I also paid for shipping since it was my first time ordering from them I placed a small order.

It's ok. I think my orders have all arrived exactly a week after I ordered them, which is pretty typical. My Amazon.com orders take a week--and often longer lately. Most of my other online orders seem to take about a week too. The exception seems to be some Etsy or Ebay sellers, either because they're located close by (one in the next town, LOL) or because they actually put it in the mail the next day which is something businesses with distribution centers certainly don't do unless I pay for priority shipping.

I've ordered twice, once with free shipping, and once I paid for shipping. Both times I got my stuff in 4 days. I was quite happy with that.

Yes!

I live in Washington state and it seems to take forever whenever I order something.
I have Amazon Prime though so I'm spoiled by free two day shipping, so if things take more than a week it seems like forever for me!
