What are the correct doses to increase supply?

I took it until my urine and underarms smelled like maple syrup.
I don't remember how much that was. I was working with a lactation consultant at the time, too. But - it absolutely helped me get my supply back with dd.

I take 3 about 3 times a day and take it from there...increase to 4 if need be. When your sweat and urine smell like maple syrup and your DP asks, "Honey, why am I sudddenly craving pancakes???" you're there.

I am taking 4 fenugreek and 2 blessed thistle three times a day. Milk a plenty!

I was told to take 4 bt 4x a day.
