Fabric Ideas?

So I took ds for a walk downtown today and passed by the quilt shop that I can never afford!!!
And I saw the CUTEST fall, thanksgivingish halloweenish fabric. It has leaves and scarcrows and pumpkins all over it! SOOO cute!!
To make it even better it was in the $3/metre pile!!! AHHHHH!!! WAIT gets better..it was almost at the end so I got a metre and a half for three dollars!!!
SO now what do I do with it? LOL!!
I was thinking either...placemats OR a lil trick or treat bag for ds
I would like to have a lil scrap left for dh quilt(xmas present)

Id love to make a runner but we are currently living with in laws and we gave our kitchen table away(dfs with xgirlfriend...no thanks!!!) so i have no idea what size table well have when we do have one!!
