March 25-31, Marvelous Manifesting Mamas - Page 32

Quick

No time to catch up, but..

Yesterday I listened to Assafar AND Canfield in the car. I loved both of them! Assaraf asked the question: If you had a year to live but you had to earn income, how woudl you do it? And I said, I feel life is so amazing, and we can live it so abundantly, and I'd want to share that with as many people as possible to improve their lives.

So I've really been wanting to call my friend C, to whom I showed the Secret, and who had said my questions about her life really helped her. I called her right away (speed) and we talked for nearly an hour. She agreed to let me practice life coaching for free on her, and she told me that she knows a woman who was actually inspired by her (C's) journey with her ds (who had all kinds of special needs which she helped with alternative therapies) to leave her job as a SpEd teacher in the school system and become a motivational seminar speaker on this subject. She encourage me to call L to get info and advice from her! how's that for speed?!

Heh, I wish I could say that Ever since I discovered Pamela's chocolate chocolate chunk gluten free, dairy free cookies I've been lost in an ocean of chocolately goodness

Hmmmm. The multi-quote didn't work. I thought I had more to respond to. But maybe that's what happens when you try to respond hours after reading

I saw What the Bleep a year or so ago, before the Secret. Loved it! Especially that part at the end with her in the bathtub drawing on herself

Today I'm going to see the Peaceful Warrior. I was going to use the free tickets for me and dh but then realized it's just not his type of movie. On a whim I called my mom and asked if she'd be able to watch the kids this afternoon and she said yes. So I'm going to the first showing today (1:50) which will probably be my best bet for avoiding crowds. And if there are no seats left, I'll just wander the mall and hang out. Or go next door to IKEA and browse. However it works out, I'll have a great time getting out of the house by myself I love my family but am an introvert at heart and enjoy the rare moment I get to be alone

Catgirl, cool! I asked my dh that same question (from Assaraf) and without missing a beat he gave me his answer. Funny, because when I ask myself I have no idea. The only job I want is the one I'm doing but there's not much money to be made in homeschooling your own kids But now I'm working with dh on how to manifest his dream job when #1 I can't manifest for him and #2 he thinks all of this is a crock I love him dearly and he's a wonderful husband for me but he's (cough cough) not the most positive person out there. Ahem

Sure m'dear!

There are lots of other links too that I can give you but these two are the ones to start with. The book called Breaking The Vicious Cycle is the "bible" for this diet. I'll be happy to lend you my copy if you want. It's hard to find and expensive too (I finally got mine very used on Ebay.)

Hi guys! The last couple of days have been a whirlwind, but I wanted to drop y'all a line. I've missed ya!

I witnessed my first birth yesterday (aside from my own of course!). It was absolutely amazing. I'm well on my way to becoming a certified doula- hurray!

If you remind me, I'll send it out on Monday.

It's not an easy diet to start (it's really, really hard) but once you get over the hump so to speak, the benefits are tremendous and it becomes a way of life rather than a chore.

While I'm collecting resources, here, Kate, I wonder if you'd ever be willing to do some brainstorming with me on the phone or by email... I have some questions and think you might be able to help me.

It really is like being allowed to watch a miracle, isn't it? Enjoy that buzz!

I'm not sure where it's appropriate to put it. There's one below.

I'll see if I can make a bit more of a production out of the link somehow.

put it right under your masthead at the top! i think it's important, and the site supports the sale of the book, so you gotta make it totally obvious.

Yes! It was amazing. I think I was in the midwife's way cuz I kept sticking my head down there to take a peek!!!

I started laughing and told her I was sorry, but she was just cracking up at me.

What MW did you work with? I'm always looking for good referals for my clients, as the midwife options are very slim in Snohomish Co.
