Do you gals have any suggestions?

I have an OTSBH extravagant love sling (organic cotton) that I absolutely love and the ring up top that holds the material broke. Do you think they will fix it . I want it back. My DH stepped on it and broke the ring. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated in advance.

I don't know if the company will fix the sling for you, but you could buy a replacement ring, and fix it yourself! Here is one place where they sell rings online (I'm sure there are many others):

I would check with the company and see what they say first.

They might replace it for you FOC

One of the rings on my first OTSBH broke while I was ajusting it (after about a year of use). I called the company and they immediately offered to replace it free of charge. I paid the difference and got an organic cotton one (an additional ten bucks). Give them a call and see what they'll do for you. I'm not sure if they have the same policy for stepping on them, but they might. Good luck!

of if you have a tailor or a cobbler (someone who fixes shoes) I bet it would be a 3-4 dollar repair if you brought the new ring in.
