Where's my O?

Can someone please look at my chart? I normally ovulate around day 22-24 - now I'm at cd 31 and nothing. I've got sore breasts, tho, noticed them yesterday, which is very odd.

If my last period hadn't been so damn heavy, i would be wondering if i was pregnant (actually, i'm lying, i am wondering, i don't see how i could be with my temps what they are, however, we timed it perfectly last cycle, and now i have sore, as in, post O right before AF hits sore breasts)

Anyone of you charting goddesses care to help me?

TIA

It looks like a testbook anovulatory temp pattern. Have you had any of those before. Many women experience this once in awhile. That would be my best guess.

Hope you get that O soon.

*sigh*

Well, I've only been charting since Feb. (all my charts are out on my FF page) However, I went from last July until January with no period.... I wasn't temping, but I'm assuming it was anovulatory.... however that was thyroid based, and now I've got my thyroid all straightened out with Synthroid .

So, should i make a dr. appt or ride it out? I've read that travel can delay O and we had a road trip over memorial day weekend, but shouldn't i have o'd by now?

tia,

You should do what you feel most comfortable with. If that is consulting a dr. then go ahead.

(I prefer naturopaths, chiropractors and acupuncturists. )

If I was in your situation, and this may be more of a problem than an occasional anovulatory phase. I would probably call my health care provider and ask about the treatment options, then decide from there.

Trust yourself and what you gut tells you to do.

Good luck
