My littlest love, Eleanor Yvonne, was born at home in the first moment of March 23rd, at exactly midnight. She weighed in at 7lbs 6oz and was 19.5 inches. The labor was short and really intense towards the end, six hours from start to finish. My water broke at 11:57pm and I pushed her out in one contraction, catching her myself. In attendance were my husband, two midwives, my mother, and my five year old daughter. It was an amazing and wonderful birth and we are so pleased to welcome Ella to our family!
