I got a BFP this morning!! I'm so excited.

Based on my LMP and O date, I am thinking I'll be due around December 8th. My first midwife appointment is 4/18.

I'm still nursing my DS (he'll be 2 soon) and I hope I can continue to nurse through pregnancy.

thanks everyone!!

I'm having some light spotting, so my midwife put me on "pelvic rest" and told me to take it easy. It's not heavy and I'm not in pain, so she's not real worried. I'm a little worried, but really trying not to think about that at the moment. Plus, with an active toddler, it's hard to "take it easy." At least I was able to convince DH to clean up tonight, so I could "relax" on the couch.
Thinking good thoughts... :

light spotting is turning to bleeding, so I think I am miscarrying. : I go to the midwife's office today for some tests, but I'm not very hopeful.

well, I haven't miscarried yet!! they found the gestational and yolk sacs and they are still implanted in the uterus.
I do have a subchorionic hemorrhage though and they said that the gestational sac is slightly abnormally shaped. I'm supposed to talk to the nurse again tomorrow and she said they are going to schedule a repeat u/s next week to check on growth.
I'm still holding out hope- and this time it's a little better.

I hope all goes well for you!

That sounds positive. I will be having good thoughts for you. Did you say yolk sacs as in two?

That is good news! I'll be sending good thoughts your way.

YAY!! I have 2 friends that recently had the same problem. they were out on semi bed rest and both of them are still pregnant. One of them is due in June and the other is due in October.
