secondly, that would be HANDY as they get older and get lazy! don't want to walk! I am for sure!

thirdly, didn't that hurt your legs/back? did you do it often?


i think it would be great for 15 min here or there, but i can't imagine longer.

No it doesn't hurt my back legs in the sling.
If I am holding her upright.. (no sling) I want to cry.

She is a chunk, weighs about 48lbs now, and I STILL sling her.

Mostly when we are out, and the baby decides she wants to be in the stroller.
Hailey will get in one of her moods.. and want to be held.

She used to KILL my arms!

I had a Rebozo for her, but the knot would slip.. so I stopped wearing her in it.
She was whining one day and wanted in Adriana's.. so I figured it couldn't hurt.
I put her in it, thinking I would have to support her, and nope!

I have had her in the sling and had to carry Adriana before... I looked really funny!



Hailey has had a realllllly hard time adjusting to her new sister.
The lil green monster gets the better of her I think. She likes to act just like the baby.

I recently made a maya wrap according to their directions. I decided to try it on my 45 pound five year old. It worked, but it about killed me. I'm only about 5'2" and 110lbs. I really need my arms to support him. There is no way I could walk around with him for long. I sling my 35 lb 2 1/2 year old sometimes and that just about does my poor hips in.
