Odd question about restoring

I have a friend who has a few moles on his penis (yes, moles NOT warts) They're down around the bottom of it. He's interested in restoring, but hasn't decided to do so. If he were to restore, would the moles move? Or would they stay where they are?

Honestly, it depends on where he focuses the tension on the skin. Most people want to expand their innerforeskin the most (for obvious reasons, that's the one remaining part of the circumcised penis with fine touch receptiors which will return to sensitivity when the glans is covered). So, they will focus on expanding the skin there first.

But, it also depends on what type of restoration they do. The new devices tend to focus on innerforeskin a lot. With t-taping and others I'd think that you might have a little bit of "stretch on the area". Don't know that moles would really "move that much though."

Sorry if this is tmi , but I have a mole about half way. I did notice that it did "creep" a bit, but it didn't really matter to me. I use o-rings alot, and noticed that sometimes if I pull enough skin through, the mole might be right under the o-ring. That would sometimes be a bit annoying (though it didn't really "hurt" unless there was a lot of tension and it was caught on the wrong side). Simple fix... just adjust how much skin is through the ring.

Besides, if his moles are near the base,
1) there aren't any devices (that I know of) that would have a chance of direct contact with the moles, and
2) there won't be much skin growth behind the mole, so it won't creep much.

Can I ask a related questions.... since you said

, could they, if they are moles still look exactly like a wart??

Just wondering....

I've never seen a mole that looked just like a wart. The reason I said that was to prevent comments about "Are you sure it's not genital warts? He should get checked."
