Where can I find the following info:

- Ingredients of Vaccines
- Number of cases in a year of the diseases
- Number of deaths from the diseases
- Number of reactions from the vaccines
- Number of deaths from the vaccines
- What happens when the child gets the disease (like the seriousness and symptoms of the disease - but real info not scare tactic info)

The CDC pink book has info on each disease. I'm not sure about reactions and deaths. You can search the VAERS database though:
