I was wondering if anyone knows of a live-in facility for people suffering from mental health issues? I am not having any luck finding resources online, so I thought I'd pop in here and ask. Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks....

My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I know there are group homes. I'm in MN and I used to work in a group home which was for developmentally delayed adults, but some of them also had mental illness. These days the group homes tend to be small, with about 4 adults. There is also space for the staff to be, and staff "lives in" in shifts, so someone is there 24 hours per day. I am guessing there are such group homes for strictly mentally ill adults too.
A lot of mental illness though can have its symptoms under control with meds, and most people with mental illness can lead normal lives with support systems that are less than a full time live in person. It depends on the mental illness though.
Hospitalization in a psychiatric ward is a safe place to be while getting symptoms of mental illness under control with medication and hopefully therapy. I worked in an inpatient psych ward for 4.5 years, and saw a lot of things.
Best wishes,
Tracy
