Need help with periods

My cycles have been messed since I got a cyst on my left ovary from taking clomid...Had another ultrasound and the cyst is gone thank goodness..But my uterus is enlarged...My endrometrium is 26 mm..I am not shedding it the way I should..And if it doesn't go soon I will have to have a D&C..

My question...Is there any way to naturally get my body to shedd its endrometrium lining? Any herbs that could help it along?

I will have the D&C if I have to when I go in for my appointment with the specialist in May but I prefer to take care of it myself naturally before then if at all possible...Thanks for any help...
