My DD has sensitive skin, so I was wondering if anyone knew what a good water:cleanser ratio would be?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I've seen women wash their babies with oil and water, it seems to do great for their skin. The less soap or detergents the better.
You can try a combination of olive oil and coconut oil for a good cleanser.

i used to do 1/2 and 1/2 for my skin, and even then it was a little harsh for me. Maybe 1 part soap to 3 parts water for a baby?

I have to second this! We usually use olive oil to wash our babe's skin. However, we do use Dr. B's (the baby mild stuff) once in a while. I dilute it a lot! I'm not sure of the actual ratio, but enough that it's not super sudsy!
