hate to say it, but my first thought for an "official prediction" was christy's twins! sorry!! <-- sending you April 22 vibes!!
See here, there will be no twins-o'-Christy until April 22. I've already informed them of as much.
I'm a VBAC, and even before we knew it was twins, most of the local hospitals won't take me on as a VBAC, DEMs aren't allowed to do VBACs in my state, and I had to make plans to have the babies with an out-of-state midwife who would take me on as long as I could come to her. After finding out it was twins, I realized that there were NO hospitals in the state that would allow me to VBAC with twins, and that staying with the original midwife would have to be the plan. I didn't want to be driving up in labor with twins to have them in a hotel room (which had been the original singleton plan), so we have spent a TON o' money from our tax refund reserving a vacation rental home beginning April 21. It took me 4 months to find a place that we could actually afford (and that was close enough to the hospital in case of transport-- our place we finally found is 2 miles from hospital). I am going to temporarily move to another state with my children until the twins come. In the meantime, I've been driving 2 1/2 hours each way for all of my prenatal appointments.
Point being, I have busted my arse in so many different ways to try to give my babies the best possible entry into the world that I can, that if something goes wrong and I have to go to a hospital and get coerced into an unnecessary cesarean, I will be CRUSHED!!! : It just can't happen that way, you know?
If you're all cool with waiting to have yours until after April 22, I'm game to be the first. But no monkey business of wishing the early births on me!
