Baby slowing down

I know this is normal and I know I shouldn't panic, but Babymort is hardly moving at all today and it's freaking me out. Of course, later I'll probably get the crud kicked out of me and long for the still times.

You sound like me. If my little Peanut hasn't moved in awhile, I'll talk to it... "Peanut, what's wrong? Why haven't you moved? You know how freaked out I get when you don't move. Can't you give Mommy a squirm or kick or something?"

And then, inevitably, I get movement within the hour.

Hang in there, Mom!

My OB told me that one thing I'm free to call him about is if I notice the baby isn't moving when/how I think zie should.

I laughed and said I'd call him *if* a double latte with hazelnut syrup didn't work. He chuckled and said that his first advice is always coffee or coke.

Now I want some coffee . . . *plots*

I have been allowing myself one iced coffee or blended coffee drink a day...he really gets going with the blended coffee!!!

...he has been a little "slower" for me the past 2 days though...but his "slower" really just means not constant - I have a feeling I've got a little athlete in me...I think he is also really cramped...he always tries to stretch out longwise - but it REALLY HURTS!!! I love watching my belly...but I can so relate to if I think he hasn't moved I freak out!
